National Gallery Podcast

In March's podcast from the National Gallery, curators Chris Riopelle and Colin Bailey explain why visitors to the Renoir Landscapes exhibition will encounter a more experimental artist than they might expect. Artist Jon Hall chooses Pissarro's snowy London landscape, 'Fox Hill, Upper Norwood', and sets up his easel on the same suburban street that inspired the French painter back in 1870. And we hear how artists have captured changing patterns of work and leisure over the past 400 years.
