Created by Tate Research and part of the Tate Online website, this resource is a case study exploring 'Letter to the Censors', an art installation created by by the Cuban artist Carlos Garaicoa. The case study "explores the evolution of the presentation of and the relationship between the conservators, the curators and the artist in developing solutions to enable Tate to collect, loan and display this installation". By charting the The case study charts both the early life of the artwork and the work that is carried out behind the closed doors of the Tate museum. The resource is multimedia, offering text, images and video clips featuring interview with the artist and museum staff.
