Jonathan Ive on Apple

The Design Museum London website has provided this resource on Jonathan Ive and his designs for Apple, from the 1998 iMac to the 2003 PowerBookG4. Ive was the first winner of the Design Museum Designer of the Year prize. He describes decisions behind the design process, from materials to function for the iMac computer, and other products such as the Powerbook which he designed in 2003. Another section considers his design of the iPod in 2001 and 2002 . An illustration is provided for each of these objects. There is a brief biography in the form of a chrononology, with a link to an interview with Ive.
